HR Waterproof and Breathable Membrane is an impermeable and breathable waterproof membrane that is used as a moisture barrier in peripheral envelopes or under the roof.
It has high resistance to tearing caused by wind or by the execution of construction work itself.
HR Waterproof and Breathable Membrane generates internal impermeabilization, allowing the evacuation of vapor produced inside the rooms, towards the exterior, preventing the formation of mold caused by moisture accumulation.Applications:
◉ Roof: Functions as a liquid water barrier, against condensation produced below roof coverings. With high mechanical performance it delivers the appropriate versatility for installation in demanding climates.
◉ Wall: When applied to the perimeter of the envelope, it ensures the optimal performance of insulation materials, sealing the perimeter of the wind entry, being at the same time an effective air barrier, keeping the R factor within the dwelling.
