HR House Wrap is a waterproof and breathable polyolefin composite material designed with a unique membrane coating to provide outstanding vapor permeability and air barrier properties using an advanced chemical transfer of water vapor.
HW65 is a strong, durable woven polyolefin fabric,there are tiny pores on the surface, allowing gases to pass through but preventing water from doing so.
HW95 and HW120 are non-perforated but breathable nonwoven building wrap.
This house wrap has excellent breathability, yet maintains water tightness, keeping water out, but allowing water vapour to escape, assisting in the prevention of mold, mildew and rot within the roof assembly. It reduces heat loss during the winter and keeps the building cooler in the summer.
